enrolling in any SafeNest training program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

By using this website, purchasing a course, or accessing any SafeNest content, you agree to be
bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
SafeNest provides:
- Online childcare safety training
- In-person private and group training
- Digital resources
- Certificates of completion
These services are intended for ADULT learners (parents, caregivers, and childcare
professionals).
3. Course Access & Usage
A. Course Access Duration
- Online Master Class subscriptions grant 1-year access per household.
- Access is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
B. Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, text, quizzes, illustrations, PDFs, handouts, and teaching materials—is the exclusive property of SafeNest and protected by copyright laws.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or distribute course access
- Download or reproduce materials for public or commercial use
- Upload materials to any online platform without written permission
4. Conduct & Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information
- Not attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website
- Not impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts
SafeNest reserves the right to suspend access for inappropriate or unauthorized use.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, GCash,
PayMaya).
SafeNest does not store your financial or credit card information.
6. Certificates
Certificates of Completion are awarded to:
- Participants who complete the required lessons
- Participants who pass required quizzes (if applicable)
Certificates may be used to support employment applications but do not replace official
government certifications.
7. Liability Disclaimer
SafeNest provides educational content.
We are not liable for any:
- Injuries resulting from misuse of training
- Failure to follow emergency protocols
- Variations in local medical guidelines
- Loss or damages resulting from your use of the website
Courses do not replace professional medical advice, licensed CPR training, or emergency
services.
8. Modifications to Services
We may update, modify, or discontinue any course or feature at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
