Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

SafeNest does not offer refunds on:

  • Online Master Class subscriptions
  • In-person or private training sessions
  • Group training sessions
  • Digital resources, guides, or downloadable content
  • Promotional bundles
  • Gifted or sponsored enrollments

Once payment is received, access to the program or service is considered delivered.

2. Rescheduling (For In-Person Sessions)

While payments are non-refundable, we allow one rescheduling if:

  • You notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session
  • Availability permits

Rescheduling is not guaranteed, but we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, please contact us.
We will verify the issue and refund the duplicated amount only.

4. Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe a payment was processed fraudulently:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Contact your payment provider

We will assist in investigating the issue.
